“Made from Scratch…a personal chef service” is CLOSING

 

Chef Carol A. D’Espinosa is closing her doors! As of August 10, 2008, I am taking off my chef apron. After 4 GREAT years in business, I am turning in a new direction. I am now a student at “The New England Institute of Whole Health” in Wellesley, MA. I am enrolled in the Certified Nutrition Educator program. On completion of this course, I plan to help people with their specific and individual Diet & Menu planning needs. It’s Food, “Without the lifting”!!

My website at www.madefromscratchchef.com is becoming a Recipe and Nutrition information BLOG. So Please Check Back Soon!! I will offer seasonal eating recipes. These will have an emphasis on Whole Foods, Good Carbs, Good Fats, Lean Natural Meats, Wild Fish and other Protein sources. I want to thank everyone who encouraged and supported me through these wonderful years. I could not have done it without my friends at The Referral Connection BNI group, in Mansfield, MA. They helped me gain the confidence I needed. I will always feel that I can call on anyone of you, if I ever need anything. My deepest gratitude goes to all of you.
